In the land of the trees Moon looks down on the leaves Shining bright through the night In the land of the trees In the land of the trees The morning sun rises high Dancing beams light the sky Creatures stir and come to life In the land of the trees In the land of the trees High above at the dawn of day Flocks of swallows swoop and play Bursts of song fill the air In the land of the trees In the land of the trees The forest floor is lush and green With tall oak trees and singing streams The wind it whistles through the leaves In the land of the trees In the land of the trees

What sound do twigs make in the forest? What sound do twigs make in the forest? And we'll listen close and we will hear The sound that fills the air What sound do pinecones make in the forest? What sound do pinecones make in the forest? And we'll listen close and we will hear The sound that fills the air What sound do stones make in the forest? What sound do stones make in the forest? And we'll listen close and we will hear The sound that fills the air What sound do feathers make in the forest? What sound do feathers make in the forest? And we'll listen close and we will hear The sound that fills the air
